Access to the catalog and the AI concierge requires a paid subscription, billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis through our third-party payment processor, Stripe, Inc. We do not see or store your full card details.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Prices may change with notice; changes apply to the next renewal.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You agree not to: misuse or attempt to bypass the paywall or access controls; scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute the catalog or any substantial part of it; share your login; probe, attack, or disrupt the Service; use the Service for any unlawful purpose; or use automated systems to overload the Service or the AI concierge.

You are solely responsible for how you use information obtained through the Service and for complying with the laws that apply to you, including copyright and licensing laws in your country.

The Service includes an AI assistant that helps you find resources in the catalog. Its responses are generated automatically and may be incomplete or inaccurate. It is provided "as is" for convenience and is not professional advice. Verify anything important before relying on it.

The Service’s design, organization, descriptions, branding, and software are owned by everythingfree.ai and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Service for your own use while your subscription is active. All other rights are reserved.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that listings are accurate, current, lawful in your jurisdiction, or free of risk, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the operator of everythingfree.ai is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
