Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled. All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops all future charges. You keep full access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for; we do not lock you out early.

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your first charge and we will refund that charge in full. Beyond that window, payments — including automatic renewals — are generally non-refundable, because you can cancel at any time to prevent the next charge.

We may make exceptions at our discretion (for example, a billing error or a duplicate charge), and we will always honour refund rights required by the laws that apply to you.

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend access until payment succeeds. If payment cannot be collected, the subscription may be cancelled.
