Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 10, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information everythingfree.ai (the "Service") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect as little as possible.
1. Information we collect
Account data: your email address and authentication details when you sign up or sign in.
Subscription data: your plan, status, and billing history. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe, Inc. — we never receive or store your full card number.
Usage data: basic, privacy-respecting information about how the Service is used (for example, pages viewed and concierge queries), used to operate and improve the Service. We do not sell your data or run third-party advertising trackers inside the members area.
Support data: anything you send us through the contact form.
2. How we use information
To provide and secure the Service; to create and manage your account; to process subscriptions and prevent fraud and abuse; to operate and improve the catalog and AI concierge; to respond to your messages; and to comply with legal obligations.
3. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to enforce access to paid content. These are required for the Service to function. We do not use advertising cookies in the members area.
4. Service providers
We share limited data with providers who help us run the Service — most notably Stripe, Inc. for payment processing — and with our hosting and database providers strictly to operate the Service. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Data retention
We keep account and subscription data while your account is active and as needed to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You can request deletion of your account at any time; some records may be retained where required by law.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us through /contact. We will respond as required by applicable law.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
8. Children
The Service is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated within the Service where appropriate.
10. Contact
